Meet Dr. Greg Owens Urogynecologist of Cincinnati, Ohio
He received his MD from Louisiana State University-Shreveport, and his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals in Houston where he met his wife. He spent two years on the faculty at Baylor before moving to Cincinnati for his fellowship in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Owens operates primarily at Butler County Medical Center (a physician owned and managed surgical hospital rated number one for patient satisfaction by Consumer Reports), and Mercy Hospital in Fairfield. Privileges are maintained at Bethesda North Hospital as well.
Dr. Owens believes "to whom much is given, much is expected", and travels on medical missions annually primarily to Africa to treat women with fistulas. As such, he has the most experience in the area with female fistulas and he has gained valuable experience in difficult to treat pelvic wounds. Dr. Greg Owens is well liked in the community by patients and physicians and cares for patients the way he would care for his wife or daughter. His practice is the best treatment available for female pelvic floor disorders in a relaxing, supportive environment.
